Once your payment is received we will strive to ship your order withing 2 working days. Our standard shipper is DHL but we can ship with other company's when neccessary, for instance to increase in shippingtime or reduce our shipping costs.
The shipping costs are an estimation of the cost with the amount roundend up beceause our costs are fluctuating and differ per weight, adres and date of shipment. A small piece of the shippingcosts are used for our handling cost. The shipping price you see on your screen is the price we charge you. There are no hidden charges after the moment you checked out and payed for your order. In case of some technically failure the shipping costs are exponential higher then estimated we will contact you before shipping in shaa Allaah.
The only way to make a order is to use bank transfer. When the order is made you have to make sure the exact amount of your order is received by our bank within 3 working days. Otherwise we are forced to cancel your order and set our stock straight for other shops to make their order.
In the B2B market there is no law that makes it obligatory for the seller to accept returns. Beceause we don't accept returns, we advise you always to ask your questions before ordering and you can also make a small first order to check the goods.
In the clothing industry, it's commen that a small amount like 1% or 2% in production have minor issues. Whenever you receive goods which you can't sell we will be there with you to resolve everything by replacement or a refund in shaa Allaah.
